The mission of PsyCare is to enhance and promote the mental and emotional well being and optimal social functioning of all persons. This mission is accomplished by providing a comprehensive and integrated continuum of outpatient mental health and related services.

PsyCare began operation in October 1985 and currently operates nine satellite offices in the Youngstown-Warren, Ohio and New Castle, Pennsylvania areas.
